At Essendene our primary aim is to help children, regardless of ability or background, to achieve their maximum potential in a creative and caring environment. As in the Foundation Stage; teaching and learning is at a pace appropriate to the individual, enabling them to benefit fully from the challenges and opportunities of a changing society.

Our teachers plan and deliver a full and varied curriculum incorporating the best of traditional and modern teaching methods with an emphasis on the core National Curriculum subjects, Literacy, Numeracy and Science.
